Recently a new documentary came out on Netflix. It's called "The Game Changers" and it advocates for a plant-based diet as being optimal for health, performance, longevity, and moreover, claiming that eating meat raises inflammation and causes cancer.There were plenty of research studies cited, but are they valid?
