He has been 27 years a physical education teacher in the Emek Hahola high school, he teaches as a lecturer in Ohalo college that is an educational and sports academic institute. His Ph.D. is about ICT Tools and motivational training; he developed a new pedagogic model for physical education teachers. Besides promoting technology, he workout every day, to practice what he preaches on" for Active and healthy lifestyle. He understands that to promote motivation in physical activity, we should find ways to connect to our students in a way that will make them curious and motivated for physical activity. He sees himself as a pedagogic physical educator pioneer that promotes the usage of ICT tools in physical education and understands that there is a long way to go, regarding implementing ICT tools in physical education classes.
