Description

Eff This Network started off as a podcast simply called Eff This, a support group of sorts.

How many times have you woken up in the morning and your day starts off rough? Or you don't even want to get out of bed because there's a black cloud looming over your head. Either way, at least once during your day you say "fuck this" and just want to go back to bed.

This is our new podcast project. This new show is similar in content to Left of Good. The major differences are that we have decided to tackle a greater underlying theme of mental health along with our usual nerdy and entertaining content. This way, it offers counsel layered with fun.

This will serve as a sort of support group for those of you who live with anxiety, depression and isolation. We want you to know that you are NEVER alone because even if you ARE alone, you have US!

Now we host a variety of podcast shows with varying content. There's a little there for everyone.

Tune in and tune out!

Sorry for this rambling update. I really felt like I needed to do this one here to move forward and gain more forward momentum. If I did not post this I do not know if I would keep doing this podcast, it is raw, it is shitty, it is probably not what most people would like to hear or see. But, this is my podcast, not yours and terminal illness and life after cancer has some serious trials. If you have shitty comments, please, by all means keep them to yourself.
Sans Jon David and Young Neil once again, Malcolm sits in and discusses the age-old old age topic in punk rock: Where does one go when the mid-life hits?
The dynamic duo discuss addiction, recovery, life afterwards and everything in between.
Grab your parachute pants and "Members Only" jacket and get ready for the Totally 80s Party! Like Huey Lewis & The News, we're going BACK IN TIME for this episode!!
The dynamic duo sit down with the lovely Scarlet Summer to discuss all things sex work and destigmatize it once and for all. They get Scarlet's story from humble beginnings to the starlet she is today and then finally they take some voicemail from aspiring OnlyFans content creators. Don't forget to send emails to: ollieandmalcolmsavetheglobe@gmail.com and have them read during episodes. If you're more partial to making noises with your face, head over to www.speakpipe.com/ollieandmalcolm and record a voicemail that they will listen to on a future episode. Say anything! Your favorite DJ is playing that funky music once again! He's logging a lot of live streams over at Twitch, so be sure to hit up DJ_Jonny_Blaze_971 over on his Twitch channel, subscribe, follow and all that good stuff so you don't miss any of his live VIDEO streams.
Technical difficulties and miscommunication aside, this episode is a fun one with the ladies playing a game of "What if..." and "Would you rather...". That is until, near the end of the episode, Chanté and Sara's camera cuts out. It's all in good fun though. If we can't laugh through the mistakes, then why are we even on this earth? Don't forget you can leave them voicemail at www.speakpipe.com/bradcastquestions and they will answer them LIVE on the next episode!
Young Neil returns to cohost with Duff and special guest Malcolm (who sits in for Jon). The crew discusses all sides of pop punk, from the pop mainstream acts of the genre to the bands that put the "punk" in pop punk. The trio discusses some of their favorite pop punk bands, explores the rich history of the genre, and even a bit of where the genre is currently going.
Along with special guest, Cory, the dynamic duo continue the cell phone and social media addiction topic that was interrupted last episode. Some technical difficulties towards the end of the episode cause 10 minutes of video to be cut off (it was Malcolm's dumbass fault) but the bulk of the conversation is still there! That's what happens when your computer crashes while moving a video file from laptop to desktop.
The dynamic duo sit down and address the cell phone addiction we are plagued with today before being interrupted by customers in the shop.  We apologize for the episode being cut short but the calls of duty must be answered. This episode was also briefly canceled last minute for personal reasons then reinstated last second as a change of plans was made, so things weren't as organized as they normally are (that's a lie, they're never organized). Enjoy this short episode of what could have been and maybe they will dive deeper into the topic in a future episode.

The queens of the network are at it again! They get right down to business and dig into the voicemail bag. Great advice was divulged and they may have even made new friends. Tune in to find out more! Leave them voicemail at www.speakpipe.com/bradcastquestions
Malcolm sits in for Young Neil and the crew celebrates Cinco de Mayo the only way they know how: listening to good music powered by Mexican culture and heritage while Malcolm regales them with the amazing story of how Cinco de Mayo came to be. Jon David out in the wilderness somewhere, streaming from a cabin. The other guys share a lot of laughs about the delay in Jon's video feed due to spotty satellite internet. Tune in for good Latino punk rock!
The dynamic duo discuss all things psychedelics and microdosing, psilocybin in particular.
We're getting into some dance and party tracks on this installment as Blaze turns it up to 11 once again! Head on over to Twitch to view the video in all it's splendor at  www.twitch.tv/DJ_Jonny_Blaze_971 to check out this and past episodes of Blaze Playz, the non-stop, rump-shaker!
The gals have an amazing show for you parents. Put the kids to bed and take a walk with them as they talk about their troubled childhoods and even an abduction, the journeys through and how social media - OF ALL THINGS - helped them heal, find peace and find family in the farthest parts of their worlds.
The dynamic duo sit down and chop it up with Jon David, cancer survivor and host of Everybody is Terminal, also featured on Eff This Network. Jon tells his story and they follow him along his riveting journey through multiple diagnoses and multiple surgeries. Thank you so much to Jon for agreeing to sit down with the guys and share his story. It is always much appreciated.
