Apparently I skipped episode 5? I will check this out and rectify the problem. Otherwise, more BJJ talk including receiving one of the highest compliments one could ask for in BJJ, being generally pretty cool, finding a wife in Costa Rica and enjoying the company of crabs.
I seem to feel a natural inclination to ramble deeper about the aspects of JiuJitsu, namely introducing new members and how to actually give a newcomer a good experience. I may be bad at alot of things, but talking to myself about myself is not one of them.
A very long ramble which somehow circled back to the original intention. Obviously touched on all the basics, work, BJJ and martial arts, bush stuff. Ended it off with a rant against a local restaurant because they pissed me off when they hurt my moms feelings!
Almost this entire episode is about how to be a better training partner, not just in BJJ, but martial arts and sports in general. How to treat women in martial arts and how to try to empathize with the struggles of the opposite sex. Give me some feedback! I love feedback. And food. Yum.

New name, new intro coming. I sit down with the man himself, PETE ROCHACEWICH, aka GARBAGEMAN PETE. I asked him, what do we do with old bear spray cans? We also solve other problems in contemporary life and discuss issues like clean water on reserves, our jobs, the difficulty of making life changing decisions, all of politics and medicine. One reason I wanted him back on was also to discuss the burden of dealing with a lifelong medical condition, and all the issues that come with it. Diabetes is a common condition that I felt we could all use a little more education and clarification on. Anyways, tell me what you think! Enjoy.
I recorded this a week ago and have just been very wishy washy with the cast over the last few weeks. Not sure why, but I'll talk about it later. I think I'll record another soon. I changed the name of the cast too to be more reflective of the content. Eh to Zee are my initials, and also, imply that we are covering anything under the sun. Which is true. Even if it makes no sense.
Took a little break. Now I'm back with stories about hooking up with old ladies, curry, dumb decisions I've made and of course, more food. Specifically, my recent obsession with fried chicken. Gonna have some guests again soon. Ideas, suggestions, criticisms, insults, feedback. Give it all to me. I like it when you guys slap me around a bit, it keeps me excited for the next episode!
