We sat down to chat with Dr. Ari Mermelstein, professor of Bible and Second Temple Judaism at Yeshiva University. In this podcast, we discuss how a mistaken interpretation of Paul's writings that negated the notion of divine grace in Judaism led to a misunderstanding that has lasted for centuries. We discuss how reading Paul in his Jewish context has important ramifications for present-day Jewish-Christian dialogue.Find more information about the Hebraic Studies Program for Christians at YU at: https://philosproject.org/home/yeshiva/For more information, see: https://www.yu.edu/revel/hebraic-studiesLink to video: https://www.youtube.com/@askjcpod
