We were thrilled and jammy enough to be - hashtag gifted - a stay at The Lodge at Ashford Castle in order to sample their incredible three course Sunday roast menu. And what can we say - it was a work of culinary art. But not only was the food and service top drawer - the grounds were stunning too. Imagine a dream Sunday where you trot around the gardens of Ashford Castle, take a little ferry trip on Lough Corrib and then top it all off with the incredible roast lunch at The Lodge. Did we sell out?
