In todays mediation we will breathe with the energy in our body, using visualization to coil it along our spine and bring us a sense of well being.I’m Emma or as my close friends call me- Em. For the past 8 years I have been a Vancouver based yoga instructor, meditation instructor, and a holistic nutritionist.A little about me- I am a food loving, nature adoring, travel craving introvert. You can usually find me at home curled up with animal crossing, baking some treats, or dancing around the apartment with a glass of wine and my cats. When I am able to travel I am outside hiking, swimming, wandering, sun basking, paddle boarding, trail running, etc. Over the course of the past year I have realized how much I love to be able to share my classes/ knowledge/ passion online for free.
