It's been an incredible 12-months for Drew Vincent inside and outside the walls of Empower. Across the weekend of February 4-6, Vincent finished as the 'assist' in the Brimbank Park Ultramarathon event - 26 hours, 10 minutes in temperatures of 35 degrees. We go inside the mind of Drew's, talking through the event itself, the importance of consistency, discipline and structure in his running. Drew Vincent is embarking on a 24-hour Maribyrnong River Run on April 1, 2023. Following on from the Murph8 Challenge.
