To Serve or Not to Serve (FGLI Students)?

First-generation low-income students (FGLI) are often overlooked on college campuses, and this creates a ripple effect for the American economy down to the student themselves. These students enter college without a stable foundation of how to navigate college from attending office hours, to shopping period for classes. In this episode, Shu Yi, will go over what it means to serve FGLI students well (and not so well) on college campuses, and how we can create best practices to help them navigate their sense of belonging to ultimately reach the graduation finish line.
