Professor Dieter Senghaas wrote the article "US-Soviet Rivalry and the Problem of Peace" in 1985. We certainly need much more peace in 2022. So to remind ourselves of the value of old knowledge, my friend Anna reads this article. This could give us more insight into what to do if war breaks out in Europe.
