Rapid changes and unpredictability have all of us in some sort of state that is way less than calm and restful. Between natural disasters, changes in governmental structures, COVID and the uncovering of abuse of all sorts all over the globe, to name just a few, we have all experienced some level of trauma. Although there are many ways to address trauma, the Enneagram has not been utilized as an informed method to help those impacted by trauma to move through it. One example is that each type has specific resiliency gifts and skills that can be used. Watch live on Facebook. www.facebook.com/transformationtalkradio/
