Description

I am South African girly who really enjoys watching different movies and shows. I needed an outlet that would allow me to just share my opinions (that no one asked for) and I thought creating a podcast would be a great setting.

Hello, spoiler the answer is NO. Once again I give my unsolicited opinion on a Netflix show. The popular talked about period drama Bridgerton. I like Shonda's shows. She didn't write but did produce Bridgerton. Netflix needs to do better.
It's been a while but I'm back, Happy New Year! How've you been?In today's episode I talk about what I watched in December ranging from Soul to Burlesque and from Big Mouth to Start Up. I really go off in this one, please tune in.instagram - @enthusiast_persontwitter - @siphile_shange
Merry Christmas! I hope you all had a great Christmas, either with your families or friends.I spent my Christmas recording this chaotic mess with three other people. We talked about our favourite Netflix shows. And they may make a feature in future episodes.Give her a listen, happy holidays and stay safe!*i've included the game in the youtube visuals :)
Finally done with the series!*sorry about the audio in this one. i think something happened with my mic. you'll hear a lot of birds chirping and the usual outside noise*In todays podcast episode I talk about episodes 5-7 of the Netflix miniseries Queen Gambit. Hear my overall final thoughts on the series in this new episode. The good, the bad, and the missed opportunities. Please take care of yourselves this December :)!
Happy December! The long awaited episode (jk) talking about Queen's Gambit episode 3&4. I prerecorded this so I don't exactly remember what I talked about, umm, I just hope it's interesting and you find it somewhat entertaining.
In todays  episode I talk about the media I've consumed in the month of November, tv shows and movies oh my! *TW: mention of suicide, sexual harassment, and abuse*I talk about, as well as rate, tv shows like We Are Who We Are, a HBO miniseries, and movies like Spiderman: Far from HomeI also express my grievance with the Hollywood industry and their fascination with specific tropes in young adult content (I have a lot to say about it).I like this idea and I think I'm going to continue doing it at the end of each month. Next weeks episode is going to cover Queen's Gambit (ep3&4), so don't worry about that.Hope you all take care of your health!Yhara's video link:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FeFswrz_TCY
*there is some audio issues at 28 minutes, it's not long, it clears up right away but it doesn't sound pleasant. sorry about that.Today's episode I talk about/do a quick recap on the Netflix miniseries Queen Gambit starring Anya Taylor-Joy. I have never played chess before and this show makes me want to learn.I enjoyed it and I can't wait to do the rest of the episodes.
Fun, fun, fun! I play the "Best HBO Show bracket" from the Intercut Podcast, listen in to hear who my winner is (it may be surprising). I have strong feelings towards a lot of these shows.Links:https://twitter.com/IntercutPod/status/1259498456181284865?s=19https://youtu.be/ON_VRa_h1Yg
I want to apologize here. I mispronounce some Korean names, I say "documentary" and "Bly" weirdly/mispronounce. If you get cringed out I'll understand, I want to shove myself into a small hole and never come out but we move.In this episode I talk about the 13 Korean dramas I've watched this year... *I'm Obsessed*. I do make recommendations as to which ones you should start with if you do decide to watch them. Here are some links to Youtube channels that do a better job covering Korean dramas (in my opinion):https://www.youtube.com/c/Deemalovesdramahttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfnEmDUWC4m0k-tDDGVM2Uwhttps://www.youtube.com/channel/UCp_SrlxORy5EHEj1hDyMJQA
Hello & welcome to  my very first podcast episode, please keep the judgment to a minimum (just for my self-esteem), thank you. I like talking about film and television to whom ever will listen so I figure I might as well dabble in podcasting. In this first episode I talk about four movies that perfectly describe what I like to watch. As I make more episodes I hope to talk more about the films and television shows I've enjoyed over the years and I hope you stick around for those episodes. I'm really out of my comfort zone here but it's good, it's good to try new things.
