2021 is coming to an end and so does the ECG podcast. But believe me there are so many things to look forward to in 2022! 2021 it was definitely a great year of learnings about business, myself and my own strengths and limitations. It's also a year of growth as a human and as a woman as well and I am definitely looking forward to 2022 and going out of my comfort zone again. [🎙Podcast] Pour ce nouvel épisode d'ECG podcast, S03E28, j'ai le plaisir d'accueillir Luce Mainguy, Fondatrice de Boutique DDD (Dédié au Design Durable). Derrière DDD se trouve Luce Mainguy, une designer graphique et gestionnaire de formation, passionnée du design d’objets et de produits, anciennement directrice artistique et gestionnaire dans l’industrie numérique montréalaise. DDD est une idée qui a germé longtemps dans l’esprit de la fondatrice. Après ses études universitaires, elle fera un séjour à Londres en 2005 pour compléter un cours en design de produits à l’université Central St-Martins. Elle découvre par la même occasion l’écodesign et l’univers du commerce de détail en travaillant chez The Conran Shop, du designer britannique Terence Conran. Elle revient au Québec avec le rêve d’ouvrir un jour sa propre boutique. Elle forgera par la suite sa carrière dans l’industrie numérique en pleine ébullition, mais plus de 13 ans plus tard, son rêve d’ouvrir une boutique qui serait en ligne avec ses valeurs persiste toujours. Elle décide finalement de suivre sa passion et de faire le saut pour lancer officiellement DDD en mars 2018. Bonne écoute!! La belle saison, le renouveau… et je constate que je suis arrivée à ce plateau où j’ai constaté que j’avais moins de motivation en règle générale dans mon activité. J’ai un peu questionné tous ces éléments qui font partie de mon écosystème entrepreneurial. Non mais c’est vrai… et j’ai commencé à me poser des questions plus profondes sur moi: Mon rapport au business Je procrastine un peu mes prochains épisodes de podcast La charge mentale du travail Préserver mon équilibre à tout prix Travailler moins Trop de projection et de planification? Des nouvelles peurs qui surgissent (entre autre le manque d’argent) Bien que j’ai gagné en efficacité et productivité, j’ai eu le sentiment d’avoir du mal à trouver mon rythme, mon flow en cette veille de printemps. Finalement après m’être posée ces quelques questions, je me suis rendue compte que j'avais avancé. Cependant peut être mais que je me projetais un peu trop dans le futur. Puis j’ai choisi de prendre le temps, faire une petite introspection en revenant à mes essentiels, sans culpabilité. L’objectif était de mieux comprendre le pourquoi de ces peurs et de ces appréhensions. En conclusion tout cela est en lien avec le manque de clarté. J’en parle ce jeudi vers 12h15 sur Instagram et sur Facebook en live. Si tu souhaites apprendre comment gérer ces moments de manque de clarté, assure-toi de réserver ta place  [ par ici ! ]  Est-ce que cela vous arrive d’arriver dans ces phases où tu remets tout en  question?
