JLD Excellent timing on the re-run. I signed up for the interview this week, mom and a lot clients that are asking the question "where do I put my money where the principle is not at risk" Mom pulled her money out of Edward Jones because of inflation and the likelihood of recession and so she's got cash and she doesn't have a place to put, multi-family seems like a great place to put money.
