We´re Live. Mani starts telling the guys that he´s going on a trip to Thailand and wants to spend as many time as possible there. Charles wants to take this trip, also would like to travel the world, as an experience that´s definitely going to take a lot of time. Josh Asks the guys for some creative ideas to track facebook campaigns, he finds very limited the data that Facebook provides in order to check everything is in running smoothly or in the other case, find out where he went wrong and fix the problem. The guys recommend various ways to this, and they all agreed on one thing, they do not trust facebook in this cases, Josh has shown that in a lot of opportunities Facebook has taken credit for the sale on many occasions, this can create flaws and it makes it really difficult to track. After a Very strange Black Friday the guys came Through way better than expected.   Now is time to analyze the whole process to make sure that this can be applied to any upcoming situations, the guys tell it as it is, they were nervous and pretty sure that the strategies were not going to work.   As always, a great experience and hard work pay off, now to enjoy the spoils.   Thought of the day   Mani - “You always have to make sure the business strategy or plan is going to make money, otherwise, why are you doing this?”

That´s the area that can get tricky.   Talking about money will always be a difficult subject that has to be approached strategically. We're Live. Content creation is one of the most creative things that anyone can do, but it can be difficult depending on the area or niche that you are working on. There are a lot of key components to bare in mind to get the best content, and analyzing your competition is one of them.   John raises this topic because Josh is working on his youtube channel trying to make it blow up, looking for that specific content that will make the difference.   Thought of the week   John - “One of the best approaches to create good content is to be contrary, go into a different direction that the trend is”.

You start to get the feeling that you’re not advancing and everything that you do is simply not working.   John raises this topic because he’s going through some changes on his entrepreneurship, the bottom up approach can change your game, great discussion.   Thought of the week   John - “The amount of skill that you learned is unprecedented”.

Getting your goals clear in mind is one of the most important things in any entrepreneurship, but sometimes during this journey your goals will derive from your original intentions and become something entirely different.   This is where you start doing stuff just to get them out the door, there’s no actual meaning or intention behind them. This can be frustrating at levels that can make you want to quit. Difficult clients always appear when you’re doing entrepreneurship, there can be ones that have zero collab intentions or try to slip dirty things in the contract that can make you lose money, the matter is, it can be resolved.   Knowledge is the main factor here, to get a clear understanding of the situation. Adapting to the situation has been the constant in these passing years many ups and downs but the answer is always the same, adapt and overcome. Recently there’s a new marketing strategy that has proven to be quite effective, but the numbers need a different approach in order to understand them.   John starts this off on how to actually take this on and understand that there’s a big difference in growing and reaching, and both of them work in parallel.   Thought of the week    John - “Paying for performance is a great way to market the channel”
Significant Losses We’re Live. Entrepreneurship will always have risks involved, and this makes things clear, sometimes you will lose money and sometimes it will be a lot. This is part of the process and having the right tools and taking the correct actions at the exact time will make the difference. That´s where Occam’s Razor comes in. We’re Live. Main social media platforms are the best option to promote your entrepreneurship these days. Doing it organically will set you on the right path, but using ads is the next step in this journey.   The problem with this is that the platforms are highly irregular with ads. They can work well for some time and they can take them down for no apparent reason. What should you do here? The guys have an interesting debate on what should the plan be in any of these cases.   Thoughts of the week   Josh - “September was definitely my best month in quite some time, but Youtube just decided to take down all my ads”.
