It’s Election Day — go vote, Texas! On today’s Eric & Bob Show: the Cowboys still stink and we’re all pretending to be shocked… Jimmy Carter checked in with some presidential wisdom… the new College Football Playoff rankings dropped… and we break down who climbed, who crashed, and who got robbed. All that and plenty more chaos in today’s full podcast!
Detective Sgt. John Jones, a longtime friend of the show, joined us in studio for a moving conversation about the Yogurt Shop murders. He shared his firsthand experience investigating the brutal 1991 crime — where four young women were tied up, shot, and the shop set on fire — and reflected on the years it took to solve the case, even recalling the shirt he wore the night it all began.
It was a full-blown cavalcade of stars on today’s Eric & Bob Show. Dennis Farris rolled in in full costume as Coach Jeff Banks — monkey and all. Adam Lowey joined us on the phone to break down the importance of voting and why he’s pushing back on Prop Q. Jimmy Carter checked in with his daily report, and Detective Sgt. John Jones joined us in studio with new insight on the Yogurt Shop murders. Waylon James had your sports, Bucky Godbolt called in to talk Longhorns and his latest podcast, and Jeff Maxwell wrapped it all up by making us feel just a little bit older.
Hit play — this one’s loaded.
