Mike and Teen talk about the sudden risk-on asset pump after Trump, and the dumping of safe haven assets like Treasuries and gold. Are there actual changes that need adjusting to, or is this just temporary euphoria to get a tiresome, chaotic election behind us?

The “most important election of our lifetimes” is happening tomorrow, if you live in America. John Pang, Carl Zha and I hosted a two hour space on the eve of the US election to talk about everything that’s not being said about it in the media.
In part 2, @ineedsheet joins to talk about the Asian diaspora experience with liberalism, and why many of us may prefer to ‘obscene’ culture of MAGA chuds over that of the liberal elites we have so long strived to join.

Jess and Teen talk about why kids growing up now seem so much younger than we were in our day at the same age. Is it a cognitive bias -- we were the same, actually -- or is there an actual change in the development path? And are parents smothering their kids these days or what?
This is part 1 of 2. Part 2 is available on the Patreon feed for subscribers.

This isn't a full episode, but just a short rant about the Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony and what a missed opportunity it was to give the world a message of unity and hope. Instead, it was a display of narcissism and European insularity.
This is the recorded audio of a Twitter Space held by the America Watchers (Carl Zha, John Pang, and Teen) on July 19 to talk about the assassination attempt on Donald Trump, the selection of JD Vance, and the return of traditional "honor politics" in America.
This includes the discussion between Carl, John, and Teen. There was a lot of discussion with listeners in the Space which is available on the Patreon feed.

Hen Zee (aka Dr. Z) joins Teen to talk about the recent sentencing and imprisonment of John Ong following a 2020 racist attack at his family's home in Manhattan Chinatown. Why we need to let go of our naive belief in (legal) justice, why and how to get prepared for hostility and danger, and to let go of our childish investments in liberalist ideas.

show me a socialist as obsessed with IQ as a determination of success as right wing weirdos, rather than criticize the whole concept of how we measure IQ.
Holy fuck you let a race science mfer on....if Kenny believes IQ is real and racial, you don't gotta imagine what other racial things he believes especially about himself as an Asian man.
Kenny at least has some self awareness. he is an attack dog, a dog for white conservatives that have been gunning against affirmative action for a long time before we even were on the radar and threw us out in front of them to be a new face of anti-affirmative action and now we are getting flak instead of them. congrats.
so can you explain how removing Affirmative action is actually going to help Asian people and remove the bs personality tests? the schools wielded affirmative action as a tool to deny asian students in your own narrative of events, so their intentions change now? they won't just find another way, maybe an even more direct way to deny us?
your Singapore friend is a conservative isn't he? he thinks people shouldn't rebel against aspects of past culture? it was and is white Anglo culture to be a racist pos, I'm sure he'd appreciate that right? I don't think any of you have done enough study and analysis of American culture and how it's changed. It's also not that Americans can't understand Chinese culture, it's that they don't want to, because of an antagonistic world view. traditional.
Is there a place where there's more people commenting on these podcasts?
Yikes, I don't agree with a lot of things said in this episode about Adam Crapser. There were some insensitive comments made. I would encourage folks at the podcast or the listeners to do more research about this. The Divided Families podcast did an episode with Adam Crapser and gives a chance to hear more details. The Feeling Asian podcast also did an episode on the Blue Bayou controversy.
