There are no "revelations" in mathematics, there are only the discoveries by observant and thinking minds which describe their discoveries. In short, math is not prescriptive. It is nothing which has ever been to be revealed by deities or any supernatural supreme being. It's descriptive, meaning, it describes the facts of this universe as they are! !

oh noes a big scary AR15 and "assault rifle" ahhhhh save me.......
one of those stories that could be deeply intriguing if it wasn't so preoccupied aggressively telling you it was written by a man. Born sexy yesterday trope, asshole gets all the women's attention, use of the G-slur, I could go on. I sloughed through half of this acknowledging that the author is renowned and thinking maybe I could learn something, but the forced romance and that thing men in sci-fi do where they teach women to smoke without mentioning the addiction made me want to crawl out of my skin. I don't know why this kind of fiction isn't considered unacceptable, but I do suppose this episode was recorded in 2014.
