Today Magnus from Kona Sports dives into the birth story of Indoor SUP and how it has helped him improve the small yet important details of his paddle stroke to make him a better paddler.
Unfortunately, more often than not we neglect to focus on the key aspects of our paddle stroke and what's happening to our bodies while we're on the water. Without even realizing it we're missing out on potential power we could be generating out of our stroke simply because we're too focused on simply reacting to what's going on around us. By taking time to understand our bodies and stroke better we'll be more equipped to apply the power when and where we want it.
