Often women need to make a decision to make waves or to make them later :) Choosing to be Kind and to practice kindness leads to more merit and greater inner joy.
May all sentient beings be free of negative afflictions and feelings.
For the benefit of all.
At almost midnight with a cup of tea, I decided to share a glimpse into how awareness shapes us as women.

Women are undeniably different from men. For meditation to be enjoyable and for results to manifest and happiness to emerge we have to address women's needs in the meditation vs. men's needs.
