Lets explore the reason that you are waiting?
Theodore Roosevelt once said that “Comparison is the thief of joy.” With that being said, you should never view any aspect of your life as a competition with others. If you do, you will always lose. There will always be someone on a better vacation, driving a better car, dating or marrying a cuter person, or making more money. When you compare yourself to others, only two things come of it. You will begin to believe that you are better than them or worst than them. Neither belief can help you truly make you happy. You are your only competition! Your goal is to be a better you today than you were yesterday. If you live by this way of thinking, you will not only live but enjoy your life. That's your CLIFFNOTE for the day. Be Blessed. Don't Stress. Do Your Best and Let God Do The Rest.
CLIFFNOTES | Ep 9: "Don't let your past hold you hostage" Oftentimes in life, we allow our past to hold us hostage. Past experiences. Past relationships. Past mistakes and it isn't fair to yourself. Just because you hit a bump in the road and ended up with a flat tire doesn't mean that the journey is over. You simply change the tire and keep smiling. Don't allow your flat tire to convince you that you have an empty gas tank. You may not be able to forgive and forget but you sure can forgive and move on. Today, free yourself by practicing forgiving of others and self. After all, you deserve it. That's your CLIFFNOTE for the day. Remember to Be Blessed. Don't Stress. Do your best and let God do the rest.
Ask yourself the magic question... Am I a problem solver or problem creator?
