It's Part 2 of our mailbag backlog! As the guys pick up the emails from June, Wil isn't surprised to learn that he's sometimes confused with Adam Hills. The gluten free mint slice gets a poor review but could it make way for a new Royal biscuit? We also meet Ray Meagher's doppelgänger, discuss the return of Michael Flatley, and remember the questionable computer game Leisure Suit Larry.  See Wil on tour: https://comedy.com.au/tour/wil-anderson/  Support Everyone Relax on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/everyonerelax  Everyone Relax on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/everyone.relax/ See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

We get into the rising competitiveness of the Gold Coast Suns, the impact of injuries on Brisbane's performance, Cheeky Jack's Hawthorn persona, and the future challenges faced by the GWS Giants in maintaining fan support and achieving success. He also shares the philosophy that drives his creative work, the importance of criticism, and why awards in comedy are bullshit...but he still wants to win them. Dave Warneke is one third of the comedy/trivia podcast Do Go On. Dave's first love was music, and he dreamt of being in a rock band, until he realised that music could be funny and set out to become that comedian with a guitar. Eventually, he was able to combine comedy with his other great love of trivia, while also working in TV. Dave discusses his outlook on life, the lessons instilled in him by his mum, and why he loves meat pies so much.  Dave Warneke on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/davewarneke Do Go On podcast: https://dogoonpod.com Matt Stewart on Wilosophy: https://play.listnr.com/podcast/wilosophy-with-wil-anderson/episode/wilosophy-matt-stewart Jess Perkins on Wilosophy: https://play.listnr.com/podcast/wilosophy-with-wil-anderson/episode/wilosophy-jess-perkins-do-go-on-triple-j See Wil on tour: https://comedy.com.au/tour/wil-anderson/  Support Everyone Relax on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/everyonerelax  Everyone Relax on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/everyone.relax/ See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Charlie was recently featured on this episode of the podcast, Four Burners with Josh Earl. Charlie joined Josh to chat about how grief brought his family together, knowing when to let a friendship go, and more.Four Burners is based on the four burners theory; imagine your life is represented by a stove top with four burners; each burner represents a different facet of your life - family, friends, health, career. If you have them all going at 100% all the time you are bound to burn out. The theory suggests if you want to be successful you need to turn one off. If you want to be super successful you need to turn off two. Which ones are you choosing? And which ones are you turning off?  See Wil on tour: https://comedy.com.au/tour/wil-anderson/  Support Everyone Relax on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/everyonerelax  Everyone Relax on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/everyone.relax/ See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
With sacked coaches, epic crash outs and unsigned superstars, is this season heading to a conclusion more chaotic that the finale of Game Of Thrones? Charlie is clutching at straws when it comes to NWM, but that's okay because he's all about the Flagmantle bandwagon. Is footy karma a real thing and if so how come Hawthorn haven't been punished. Our mailbag is worryingly empty, so send us your questions to let us know you're still listening! Colin Lane is one half of the legendary comedy duo, Lano & Woodley. But this episode is about much more than that. In this extensive interview, Colin reflects on success, his love of performing and his need for purpose. It's a drinking vessel of epic proportions! One day, Wil entered the studio with a new water bottle, and it quickly became part of TOFOP's storied history. The Stanley Cup (not to be confused with the ice hockey trophy, although of similar size) has been a recurring topic of discussion on the show. In this episode, we revisit some of the best moments.  See 2 Guys 1 Cup Live!: https://www.comedyrepublic.com.au/event/38:515/38:1778/ See Wil live: https://comedy.com.au/tour/wil-anderson/ Support Everyone Relax on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/everyonerelax  Everyone Relax on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/everyone.relax/ See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Wil is back from Montreal and feels some responsibility for Charlie missing out on the greatest quarter of Saints footy in 153 years. Is Nasiah too hot for St Kilda and should they relocate to South Australia in order to keep him? The bottom boys are doing what bottom boys do, but they might have left their run too late. Hawthorn and Collingwood's drop in form is bad for their fans, but good for footy and are we heading for one of the best finals series ever? Plus, who do the Gold Coast need to recruit as an ambassador going forward?  See 2 Guys 1 Cup Live!: https://www.comedyrepublic.com.au/event/38:515/38:1778/ See Wil live: https://comedy.com.au/tour/wil-anderson/ Support Everyone Relax on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/everyonerelax  Everyone Relax on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/everyone.relax/ See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Urvi Majumdar had an unusual path to comedy - before taking to the stage, she was a teacher. But now, her dreams of performing and acting have come full circle. Urvi's latest project, Urvi Went To An All Girls School is a TV series loosely based on her own high school experience, growing up South Asian in Melbourne. Urvi reflects on the importance that spirituality and astrology plays in her life, and how studying philosophy has shaped her outlook on the world.  Follow Urvi on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/urvi_majumdar/ See Wil on tour: https://comedy.com.au/tour/wil-anderson/  Support Everyone Relax on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/everyonerelax  Everyone Relax on Insta: https://www.instagram.com/everyone.relax/ See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

does Zonfrillo HAVE to say FUCK every 20 seconds? he doesn't do it on Master Chef, & it is so damn annoying I nearly shut it, & as a chef I can say we know the hours and the terms of the job joke has decided to pursue a certain side of the industry that by it's very nature is highly demanding if you want to play in that sandpit go play in it, but Zonfrillo knows there are other choices, & re TV it's not his job to worry about the production and believe you me mate nobody is waiting for you to f**k up, nobody .... you need a new prospective

Absolutely amazing. Two incredibly intelligent people. No joke.... the best interview I've ever listened to. Thank you Will and Jimmy. As for ling form... I'd LOVE Jimmy to do some material like Jim Jefferies.... tell stories. Jimmy pretty much did that in this interview, in places (e.g. Religion). Look forward to seeing you both on tour. Gary Storm... Yep the 'bigger' guys don't feel threatened by you but can also see your worth. Similar experience as an engineer. The more competent guys don't feel threatened by you because they are comfortable in their abilities and can see your worth so treat you as an equal. Unfortunately there aren't many of them. The shit guys outweigh the good ones by a long way.

I listen to a myriad of podcasts always trying to have an open mind and hear what others have to say but at the end of the day what comforts me most are the voices of Australians and though we may agree or disagree we are Australians, we're trying to figure it out in the best way we can

This was life changing for me. Normally I go from one podcast to another, but I had to take time to really digest this. I remember a lecture at uni that described the way that 2% of the population think about issues, upstream thinking - both of you are in this 2%.
