Über Bettina Haug: Sie blickt auf nahezu 25 Jahre Erfahrung im Assistenzbereich zurück. Nach ihren beruflichen Anfängen in der Hotellerie begleitete sie Führungskräfte auf Top-Management- und Vorstandsebene, unter anderem bei Ernst & Young und internationalen Pharmaunternehmen. Als strategische Sparringspartnerin engagierte sie sich viele Jahre für Vernetzung, Wissenstransfer und die Weiterentwicklung von Assistenzen. Auch bei IMA Germany im Ehrenamt. Nach intensiven 10 Jahren im Vorstandsbüro der Augustinum-Gruppe wechselte sie 2025 im Anschluss an ihre Ausbildung zum Systemischen Coach in die Strategische Personalabteilung. Heute beschäftigt sie sich dort mit den Themen Integration, Diversity und Chancengerechtigkeit. Dabei verbindet sie ihre langjährige Erfahrung aus der Assistenz mit einem systemischen Blick auf Menschen und Organisationen. Ihr Antrieb ist es, Rahmenbedingungen zu schaffen, in denen Vielfalt als Stärke verstanden wird und Verbindungen entstehen und wachsen können. 212: Was macht eine Stimme unverwechselbar, und warum kann echte Präsenz nicht einfach durch KI ersetzt werden?
