What We ExploredOur first ever X Space kicked off with laughter, honesty, and a real sense of shared curiosity. From reflections on Soorena’s trip film to the role of intuition in daily life, we moved between the philosophical and the personal with ease. The space had a grounded, playful tone — people showed up not to perform, but to explore. We talked about the resistance to self-work, the ancestral roots of wisdom, and the tension between productivity and presence. What emerged was a kind of collective mapping: of ourselves, of each other, and of what a consciousness-centered community can feel like. Top 10 High-Impact Takeaways "Keep going is the answer" A mantra born from the trip experience — not everything needs to be solved, but moved through.Resistance often masks fear of changeThe reluctance to do self-work isn’t laziness — it’s often a subtle fear of stepping into something irreversible."Wasting time" is subjective — and often hypocriticalWe judge meaningful reflection as wasteful, while mindless scrolling gets a free pass. The body remembers ancient thingsIntuition may be more biological than mystical — ancestral wisdom could live in our DNA.Safety can be designed. The act of filming the trip created a felt sense of structure and containment.Community = Co-Regulation — Hearing others reflect helped attendees name things in themselves — mirroring at work.Clarity doesn’t mean comfort. Insights from the trip weren’t always gentle — but they were deeply clarifying.Laughter is serious medicine — We didn’t avoid hard topics — but we laughed often. That tone shaped the depth. You can train intuition. Just like a muscle, intuition sharpens with use — especially when paired with reflection.Trip content can ripple weeks later. Several attendees described the film as “still working on them” — showing the power of deep storytelling. Top 3 Quotes“Keep going is the answer. That’s what I came back with.”“It’s not just your body — it’s all your ancestors’ bodies.”“I want to get better at wasting time… but like, better-quality wasting time.” Join the Next OneExplorer’s Radio continues every Sunday at 5PM CEST.We talk consciousness, culture, psychedelics, and practical love — in a way that’s human, honest, and actually fun. In this episode, Sannah and I dive deep into the concept of God—not as a deity, but as a function that shapes our lives. We explore how words follow function, how behaviors reveal our true values, and what it means to have money, power, or influence as a “god.” Together, we discuss the archetypes of worship, the healing journey toward wholeness, and how shared values create resonance, even across vastly different life paths. We also touch on Elon Musk as an example of someone whose behavior consistently reflects a commitment to the collective well-being, challenging common perceptions. Plus, Sannah shares her reflections on the grounding power of nature and the importance of community in healing and growth. This thought-provoking conversation is perfect for anyone curious about redefining spirituality, uncovering their true values, and aligning their actions with their deeper purpose. Would you like to have a healthier relationship with food? I know I did (and still do), that is why I interviewed McKenzie Lee. She has experience with having an unhealthy relationship with food, framing it even as an addiction (one that we can't simply cut off), to methodically, over years, developing a healthy relationship. In this exploration, also joined by Daniel Breez, we look at hunger, anxiety and loneliness, as well as the importance of being mindful of macronutrients (ie. intaking enough protein as being a big one).
