Acne no matter how minimal or how bad affects our self confidence.Most of you guys are used to me posting on the regular and keeping up to speed with my stories. However, I have been MIA lately and this is why.👇🏼Everyone always asks me why I diet and eat healthy if I’m already skinny. Truth is, it’s not about my weight.If I don’t eat healthy, my body will detox by pushing everything out of my pores causing me an ambush of acne. I absolutely hate it but it’s my genetics and there’s nothing I can do about it.I’m not eating healthy to lose weight, although I am happy with the results I get from food. I eat this way because I HAVE to.When I spiral downhill or fall off track, my face reflects everything I consume.Even 1 slice of cake or 1 bowl of ice cream & I’ll have a pimple a day or two later. Even those delicious, oily deep fried foods 😭Safe to say that this #vegan diet has not only helped my acne but it has also caused me to- not feel bloated- have more focus- lose weight- boost my immune system- feel fuller longer& be the leanest I have ever been in my life 👏🏼
