WE can control how we react to our environments and people. WE cannot control other people. 

Life can certainly throw curve balls at us but how we choose to deal with adversity sometimes changes the outcome.   When we think that life can be unforgiving or unfair, we start complaining for a variety of reasons. We don't have enough money, we do not drive the latest car, we do not own expensive clothes or even live in a huge elegant home.  We start thinking that life is out to get us but what we do not realize is that someone else in a different place is experiencing a worse situation than us.

Start 2022 setting small achievable goals. Avoid overly ambitious targets that could set you up for failure. Indulge on the small victories and celebrate them. Remember, excellence is a habit, not an overnight accomplishment. 

The issue is that we know it doesn’t take that much to be happy but sometimes it takes a lot of experience to realize it.

The force of the water does not break the rock. The constancy and persistence of the water does.

Please utilize the power of listening to improve your English language proficiencies. 

Find common ground instead of focusing on how different we are. 

We must relearn the art of disagreeing reasonably. 

When you amplify your differences too much, you risk alienating others by creating borders.
