My goal is to create a community where everyone understands different health, fitness and nutrition jargon at a more easier to understand level. I was fortunate enough to be a guest on another podcast and my podcast today is part one of the conversation Personal Trainer Phil Wallace and I had.Β  It was largely my story of what has happened in my life the past few years, thank you so much to all and until next time see you soon.Β  ---------- Find Phil Wallace: https://www.instagram.com/philw.coaching/ Largely Uneducated podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/largely-uneducated/id1617284518 ----------
This is one of the biggest topics that I wanted to tackle in a podcast and so I have made it my first podcast (after the welcome).Β  I'm not against cardio by any means, cardiovascular exercise is amazing for heart and lung health and a host of other benefits.Β  However, it's the notion that to lose body fat you NEED to do some sort of cardiovascular activity. Β  Some also pair that with calorie restriction, which is just a recipe for disaster.Β  So, what is the best way? Listen/watch the podcast to find out.Β  Please, if you have any questions then by all means let me know!
