The deadliest mass shooting in Arizona's history occurred on August 10th, 1991. Nine victims were executed in the Wat Promkunaram Buddhist Temple, located in Waddell, Arizona. Twenty-one shots were fired in total. The gunmen didn’t miss once. By the time the bodies were discovered they were cold to the touch. The shooters had long since fled the scene, leaving, as it seemed, without a trace. As news of the slayings spread, temple members gathered outside the crime scene, anxious to know the answer to one question. Why? Why did they have to kill them?Music for Season Two was created by The Captain (TrueCrimeGarage)Binge ad free with Wondery+. Join Wondery+ for exclusives, binges, early access, and ad free listening. A tip came in on the hotline that promised to bust this case wide open. In three days time, the task force had five suspects in custody... but each suspect had a different story to tell. It might be just me but who cares about these damn 15 minutes I get they're trying to establish a time line but the kids dead solve who did it. Crazy part about this whole series is this must be the only grocery store in all of Illinois with no cameras and apparently no tricks which is good for Mario and Shane and Brenner but these aren't a bunch of mobbed up kids. I think had they pressed them all a little more early on this could've been solved. There's cases out there with less evidence and more convictions smh McHenry county for botching this and idk how many times in this podcast I've heard "good police work" the feds too a bunch of idiots
This is a AD you can skip downloading this one!
this is a AD out of water, no need to download, good chance you can just skip this program in the first place, lest face it if they have to advertise with this level of desperation then it usually is a instant skip
This is a AD very poorly put out of its proper place. What does this say? That Woundry is desperate for listeners and is bleed money in a way that could sink the company
this is a AD damnit Woundery stop this already.... are you secretly owned by the Parcast Network? that would make sense the way throw these trash ADs around like there normal episodes
this is a pointless AD please stop posting them and wasting my time checking your feed for no new content
this is a AD and a waste of feed space
this is a AD not a episode pass on Odnwloading!
Thanks love your podcasts. F/42/Canada (Quebec) will keep following thanks for the good work 👍
oh look a AD packed with more ADs
ten people were killed and they FORGOT to follow up on a possible weapon!?
oh look a AD! Woundery why are you acting like a .50 whore?
how is Jonathan still in jail? this is ridiculous! it seems pretty straight forward from all the information you laid out who actually did it
I'm half way through S2 E4, and I just cannot bring myself to continue listening. the interrogation room sound effect makes for a horrible experience, and there is a particular piece of Bumper Music that just makes my ears hurt. Don't get me started on the editing and narration. I was initially very intrigued by the case chosen for this season, but after listening to 3 and 1/2 episodes, I just don't really care who did it. Better luck with season 3. I will check back in for that.
This podcast and this episode in particular is in desperate need of editing. It is far too long winded with pointless information eg I lost track of the different snitches. It's also not helped by the lone voice for the entire podcast so I found myself zoning out very quickly.
The episode cuts off at the end. Please fix! I'm loving this season.
Yayy! Aaron from Generation Why!!
did it cut off for other ppl
