This is the 1st episode from a serie of 12th where we will be sharing and talking about how to get the control of your life back and be free from the system. In this first episode, "First steps to Freedom", we will talk about the 3 main"helpers" of the current system of control and how to start creating your own new strong structure of beliefs and mental programs that will allow you to be free and live your life in your own terms and not based on what the system dictates , we will start having awareness of the enormous capacity you have to create the life you want , a new structure that works for you and not for the system and in the final part we are gonna share a powerful exercise that that helps you to stop caring about what other's people think about you
