This is a special look back at our league's 14-year history, the last 12 of which have been on the CBS Sports platform. The Top 12 teams all time are a comprehensive look at what the best and most talented squads were. Teams did not have to win a title to be on this list, as often times the 'best' team did not win. As you'll see as we run through this, we've had numerous times when a team seemingly came out of nowhere to steal a title out from under several teams that were dominating until the end. This list is completely subjective to my own review of our history and assessment on what makes a team 'great,' though much of it is based on statistical analyses of each year within itself and as a whole across the length of our league's existence. I welcome any and all arguments and statements regarding what teams I may have placed too high, too low, or missed entirely. I hope you enjoy it! I'm open to recommendations on future topics to reflect on in our league's history.
