Our editor Victoria Galligan interviews business mentor Victor Giannandrea, whose clients include The Wellbeing Farm. This is a wedding venue where llamas wear bowties and it's run by Celia Gaze, the partner of a farmer in Turton, Lancashire. With a little help from mentor Victor, The Wellbeing Farm went from being a financial drain to an award-winning venue. Victor talks us through finding a unique selling point, being open to "refreshing" your business and finding a mentor who can help guide you through the diversification process.
