Lucola (Luke Benge) is a wonderful multi-instrumentalist, composer, graphic designer, and globetrotter. His music plays with electronic music of the 70’s and 80’s, recontextualizing it with slick production and an enigmatic demeanour. With stories for day, and experiences far and wide, Lucola and Oscar dive into everything from working with Dhani Harrison, to Wellington in the 90’s and Bitcoin. Gary Dalhousie is a connector, a collaborator, a searcher, and an open book with a long history in hospitality, management, and development. Levi Hawken is an artist and skateboarder based in Tāmaki Makaurau. Working with Blue Tile Lounge, Boom Skateboards, and Sector 9, Hawken has explored the streets as a pro, but always kept in touch with the personal joy that comes from riding, particularly gaining notoriety as a hill bomber. As an artist his works explore the mediums of painting and sculpture with a contemporary take on aspects of modernism and brutalism. Come hear about the legend Levi’s life this week on FGA!

Adam Stevenson hails from the mighty Wairarapa, and as a musician has seen it all, from frothing covers gigs at the pub to high profile international music projects. Both as a member of the band Capital Theater, and in his work in the media industry, Adam has been in touch with the establishment and offers great insights from both sides of the curtain. Michal Haines is passionate about food, whether it’s as an author, a cook, a manager, she’s out there involved with the operations that bring flavour to your pallet. MELODOWNZ is a rapper, musician, entrepreneur, and Avondale native who emerged onto the local music scene in the early 2010’s, making a name as a solo artist and as one half of the hip-hop duo Third3ye. His thoughts and ventures weave through many artistic mediums and locations, while also keeping it local at heart. Come share a cup of “Stay Melo” kava and he and Oscar venues through memories and things yet to be, with this weeks guest, Avondale’s #1 son, MELODOWNZ!! 

Logan Hampton is a musician, a promotor, and a representative of Te Waipounamu who’s invested in the community and other ways of making gigs and tours happen. Brent Hayward AKA Fats White is the legend, the myth, the picture of a life dedicated to breaking and bending the straight lines around us. A multidisciplinary artist working in the corners of painting, video, sound and music, Hayward was front man for the incomparable Shoes This High, one of the greatest post-punk no-wave bands ever to do it on the motu, following an early run in The Amps. Going on to form The Kiwi Animal (aka Smelly Feet), Hayward now rolls out sonic vibrations under the persona Fats White. Now it’s your time to meet the biggest, the baddest, the lord of the manor, Fats White! TUCK it IN!

James Sullivan is known throughout the land as a member of such musical acts as Salad Boys, X-Ray Charles, BnP, Bang! Bang! Eche!, and currently, the face, heart, and soul of Jim Nothing. Jim Nothing’s sophomore album Grey Eyes, Grey Lynn recently won the 2025 Tūī for Te Manu Taki Whanokē o te Tau at the 2025 AMAs, so James is officially sanctioned as a maker of musical magic. Bob Gentil is a voice you maybe familiar with. From working on the early days of Radio Hauraki and living shore side before the bridge, to being the only New Zealander to hold a place in the disk golf hall of fame, Bob has found his way to being one of the top voicework artists in the land!
