Marcellus absolutely seems like a great guy. But his opinions are not particularly well thought out and he does not really come off as intelligent enough at this point to be a major voice in the country. He relies way too much on cherry-picking things and taking them out of context and then claiming connections that are not evident in order to make his arguments. Beyond that, he will apply personal stories and quotes from the Bible in ways that are nonsensical or not applicable. Again, he seems like a great guy but in my opinion his ceiling is going to stay pretty much where it currently is.
