In today’s episode, I’m joined once again by Dr. Steven A. Ross — historian, philosopher, and co-founder of the World Research Foundation. If you’ve ever explored his site lesscomplicated.net, you’ll know it’s a treasure trove of ancient wisdom, rare texts, and teachings that reach back thousands of years. We dive into a subject that has fascinated and divided people across cultures and centuries: miraculous, or what some call spontaneous, healing.
From documented medical records to historical accounts of healers who cured thousands through love alone, Dr. Ross brings forward examples that challenge the limits of what we think is possible. Our conversation explores the distinction between belief and faith, the ancient principle of 'know thyself,' and how love, laughter, and joy are not only emotional states but also catalysts for health.
We talk about the placebo effect, the power of expectation, and why the body — not medicine — is always the true healer. If you’ve ever wondered whether healing is simply mechanistic, or if there’s a higher order of laws at play, this episode will invite you to reconsider the nature of health, faith, and the untapped capacities of the human spirit.

We're all caught in old stories, both personal and public. What is possible for us when we learn to tell new ones? Today’s guest, Ben Joseph Stewart, has spent the last decade and a half telling new stories—first as a poet and musician, then as a one-man-band filmmaker. Ben's films challenge official narratives while showcasing human potential, promoting personal sovereignty and cultural transformation. The through-line is awakening: inviting viewers to engage reality with curiosity, courage, and responsibility. Making the present incrementally better rather than aiming at utopian visions.
In this conversation, we track Ben’s pivot from poet to prog-rock to filmmaker, after one psychedelic night and a Zeitgeist screening that ignited his filmmaking, and the stubborn discipline it takes to keep your voice intact when budgets, teams, and “the machine” grow louder. We get into art vs. propaganda, the influencer economy and why scrappy iPhone footage can feel truer than cinema glass. Why is the story so powerful, and what strange comfort can come from opening up to the darker aspects of life to understand the game board we're collectively playing on—from smart cities, endless news cycles, and the Fourth Turning—without letting fear steal your agency.
This episode is a guide to sovereignty: repetition over perfection, publishing before you feel ready, and returning storytelling to its original job—transmitting living values from one soul to another. If you’ve ever felt your best life and work is bottlenecked by permission or perfection, this one’s a key.
Ben Joseph Stewart is a filmmaker, writer, and musician known for the documentaries Esoteric Agenda (2008), Kymatica (2009), and the Gaia series Psychedelica. His work explores consciousness, culture, and power through an art-first lens. He’s collaborated with creators across media (from Aubrey Marcus to DMT Quest), composes his own scores, and teaches story craft through The Soul of Filmmaking, an academy focused on making art that speaks from the core without bowing to the machine.

In this episode, we're joined by Dr. Helané Wahbeh, Director of Research at the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS). In this conversation, we explore the frontier of human consciousness, intention, and our innate capacities that extend beyond the five senses. From the origins of IONS—founded by Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell after a life-changing transcendent experience in space—to the cutting-edge research being conducted today, this episode uncovers how science is beginning to validate what many have experienced: the interconnectedness of all life.
INOS research applies the rigours of the scientific method to Psi Phenomena, including intuition, telepathy, remote viewing, and channelling. We examine how belief and meditation enhance these abilities, the role of genetics in psychic potential, and how technology may influence or diminish our innate human sensitivities.
This is a thought-provoking dialogue for anyone curious about bridging science and spirituality, and about unlocking the extraordinary possibilities that lie within. A vision for humanity on the edge of rediscovering the deeper magic of what it means to be human.
About the Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS)
The Institute of Noetic Sciences (IONS) is a nonprofit organisation founded in 1973 by Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell after his transformative experience in space. IONS conducts scientific research, educational programs, and community initiatives to explore consciousness, human potential, and the interconnectedness of all life. For over 50 years, the institute has been pioneering studies at the intersection of science and spirituality, with a mission to advance understanding of our inner capacities and their impact on the world.
About Dr. Helané Wahbeh
Dr. Helané Wahbeh is the Director of Research at the Institute of Noetic Sciences and an adjunct assistant professor in the Department of Neurology at Oregon Health & Science University. Trained as a naturopathic physician and clinical researcher, her work bridges rigorous science with the exploration of consciousness and human potential. She has published extensively on mind-body medicine, meditation, and noetic experiences such as channelling, intuition, and psychic phenomena. Helané is passionate about bringing credibility and scientific inquiry to topics often overlooked by mainstream research, helping to validate and expand humanity’s understanding of its innate capacities.

In this episode, we welcome Benjamin Knight Fuchs—a pharmacist and skincare chemist who has spent more than 35 years challenging the limits of conventional medicine. To Ben, spirituality is not separate from biology but an essential part of it: the sense of safety, connection and love that activates our innate healing systems.
Ben’s story begins in pharmacy school, where he saw firsthand the paradox of studying medicines as poisons on one hand, and nutrients as healing agents on the other. That realisation sparked a lifelong mission to educate people on how nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle can address the root causes of disease. But what makes Ben’s perspective truly compelling is the way he connects physiology with psychology and spirit.
He describes chronic disease not only in terms of “dirty blood” and leaky gut, but also as the outcome of emotional wounds and disconnection. Heart disease reflects our collective broken-heartedness; cancer, the body turning against itself; anxiety, the consequence of living in constant fight-or-flight rather than the safety of rest and repair.
Ben returns to a simple but profound message: health is self-authored. The body is not inherently complicated or flawed—it is miraculous. When we simplify, nourish ourselves properly, breathe deeply, and reconnect with meaning, the body has the capacity to regenerate.
This episode is an invitation to rethink what health really means—beyond pills, beyond fear, towards balance, gratitude, and trust in the body’s natural intelligence.

In a world increasingly obsessed with outsourcing our healing, Lauren Roxburgh is a breath of ancient air—a sculptor of the human form who reminds us that the true temple of wisdom has always been the body. Known as The Body Whisperer, Lauren’s journey began at 16, driving her mother to chemotherapy sessions and questioning the medical orthodoxy that couldn’t answer the simplest question: Why do we get sick?
That spark ignited a lifelong quest through nutrition, movement, structural integration, and fascia’s quantum landscapes. Lauren has worked with elite athletes, celebrities, and countless seekers, but what makes her rare is her commitment to insourcing—empowering individuals to reclaim their own innate healing intelligence. In this conversation, we dive into the fascia, not just as a structural web, but as the soul’s Wi-Fi—an electric, liquid crystal matrix that remembers every trauma, every forgotten emotion.
Lauren illuminates how stagnant fascia dims the body's inner light, and how simple, accessible practices—rolling, bouncing, breathing—can awaken a sensory intelligence that modern wellness culture has numbed with its supplements, biohacks, and endless information loops. We explore the subtle geometries of healing, the interplay of masculine doing and feminine being, and the alchemy of embodiment as activism.
Lauren’s message is clear: the wisdom of the body is not found in the noise of algorithms or the quick fixes of consumerism. It resides inward. The breath of our fascia, cells, and the light codes of nature waiting to be remembered. This isn’t about ascension, but descension—back into the vessel, into the electric hum of fascia, into the earth’s own frequency.
Join us as we unpack why healing begins not with what you can take, but with what you can feel.
Lauren Roxburgh is a globally renowned body alignment expert, fascia pioneer, and founder of the Lo Rox Method. Often referred to as The Body Whisperer, she has worked with Hollywood celebrities, professional athletes, and wellness icons, translating her deep understanding of fascia, movement, and somatic healing into accessible tools for everyday people. Through her books, programs, and signature fascia flows, Lauren empowers individuals to awaken their body’s innate healing intelligence, helping them feel lighter, more aligned, and vibrantly alive.

In this episode, we welcome spiritual teacher and illustrator Hans Wilhelm, the creator behind the widely beloved Life Explained YouTube channel.
With over 100 animated videos, Wilhelm distils complex spiritual teachings—often inspired by the works of the German mystic Gabriele—into concise, visual lessons. His work has become a quiet beacon for those seeking deeper understanding of life beyond material appearance, helping viewers reconnect with ancient truths about the soul, suffering, and purpose.
In this episode, the discussion moves through life's deeper questions:
Why are we here? Why do we suffer? What happens when we die?
Hans shares how our illnesses, relationships, and even tragedies may reflect karmic patterns—not as punishment, but as opportunities for growth.
We also explore the idea that we don’t perceive reality as it is, but rather project our own unhealed patterns onto the world—a truth that makes self-awareness not only healing, but essential.
The conversation invites us to reframe life not as a random occurrence, but as an intentional journey of the soul—a return to love, through all the appearances of separation.
With clarity and compassion, Hans reminds us that each challenge may hold a hidden blessing, and even a single act of kindness can fulfil the very reason we came here.

I'm so honoured to sit down with one of the most influential voices in the world of personal growth and conscious living — Dr. Gay Hendricks.
Gay is a psychologist, teacher, and the bestselling author of The Big Leap — among other groundbreaking books that has transformed the way we understand success, happiness, and self-sabotage. In this conversation, we explore one of Gay's central concepts - that subtle, often invisible ceiling we place on ourselves and the immense possibility of our lives.
At the heart of Gay’s work lies the Zone of Genius — that sacred space where our deepest passion meets our highest contribution. Yet, many of us unconsciously limit our time in that zone, retreating into comfort zones and old patterns that feel familiar, even if they hold us back. We talk about why we do that, and more importantly, how to stop.
Gay shares profound yet practical tools for learning to feel your feelings fully, without escaping, numbing, or analysing them away. He teaches us how to be radically present with ourselves, to expand our capacity for joy, success, and love — not through force, but through awareness.
Whether you're a high achiever, a creative, or someone simply longing to break through to your next level, this episode is an invitation to take your own Big Leap — into a life that’s not just productive, but deeply aligned, awake, and alive.

Imagine if everything you've been told about the sun is fundamentally wrong. What if mainstream medicine has led us astray, obscuring the truth about our most vital connection to life? We are, after all, sun-born beings, and every ounce of life on this planet hinges on its energy. Yet, in modern society, we often exclude it from our daily lives—and in doing so, we suffer. Our health deteriorates, and our natural rhythms, evolved over millennia, are disrupted.
In this eye-opening conversation with circadian expert Zaid K. Dahhaj, we embark on a journey to uncover the truth. We explore the prevalent misconceptions about the sun, unravel why circadian biology is so crucial, and examine the profound role the sun plays in regulating our internal clocks. You’ll discover practical ways to optimise your circadian health, the dangers of blue light, sunscreen, and sunglasses, and how to interact intelligently with the sun.
Prepare to see the sun in a whole new light—literally and figuratively.

Health doesn’t have to be expensive. In fact, one of the most powerful and affordable superfoods is also the simplest: sprouts. With just seeds, water, and a jar, you can grow fresh, nutrient-dense food at home—no dirt, no sunlight, no fuss. It’s a true gift.
Doug Evans, founder of The Sprouting Company and author of the bestselling The Sprout Book, has been a pioneer in reintroducing the world to this ancient, life-enhancing food. When he moved to the Mojave Desert—a true food desert—his solution wasn’t the grocery store; it was sprouting. This gave him unlimited access to organic greens, even in the harshest environment. Backed by doctors and driven by purpose, Doug turned a personal necessity into a global mission.
Our food is vital to our health. Yet most grocery store shelves are filled with ultra-processed products and even the produce is often shipped from thousands of miles away. Sprouting flips the script—bringing food production back home, where it belongs.
Join us as we explore how Doug Evans and The Sprouting Company are reviving an ancient practice to offer a modern, affordable path to vibrant health.

I'm delighted to welcome Randy Veitenheimer back to the show to explore a topic that has been on my mind for some time: the disconnection from a spiritual centre and community that many in the modern world experience, and the vacuum this has left, opening the door for spiritual profiteering, shallow wisdom, and an even greater estrangement from ourselves. In this thought-provoking episode, Randy shares practical ways to reconnect with yourself, offering tools for navigating contemporary life in search of what we all truly seek – self-knowledge and authentic connection.
About Randy
Randy Veitenheimer is an energy healer, modern day medicine man and artist. As a member of the Potawatomi tribe from Tecumseh, Oklahoma, he learned at a very young age the power of plants and vibration in the healing process. At around the age of 19 he began his in-depth studies of martial arts, which led to other forms of energy transfer and healing practices from world-renowned masters and teachers. Randy developed a healing method he calls Creative Energetic Health.

I found Adama through a short clip on Instagram, and it cut through the noise like a knife. I knew that I had to connect with her. Adama has been helping raise consciousness on this planet for over 40 years. She lives what she preaches, and you can feel the depth of this embodiment with every word.
Adama is a force of nature, and after our conversation, I felt like I was walking on water. You will, too. If you don't know her work, buckle up.
About
After earning a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Florida, along with Presidential and Scholastic Honors, I returned to Atlanta to study Conscious Cosmic Citizenship with African elder Josiah Osuagwu from 1982 to 1985, continuing private tutelage for 17 years. My focus was on Creator-Knowledge, Creation-Knowledge, and Self-Knowledge as essential for Liberation and Emancipation, aiming to reorient, regenerate, and re-educate individuals and collectives about their roles in Conscious Living. In 1984, I began performing with SOLAR at the New Orleans World Fair and as a solo artist in 1985, using rhythm, movement, and verse to inspire audiences. My performances include appearances with the Staple Singers, Melba Moore, and Aisha Khalil, as well as at major venues like Fox Theater, Emory University, and the National Black Arts Festival, along with radio interviews on WDET and WRFG.
I consulted for the Wholistic Stress Control Institute, teaching life skills and poetry to youth in Atlanta, including over 2,000 young people in 1999 through various youth centers and schools. I also served as president and co-owner of Mother Earth’s Adornments, Inc., which offered custom adornments, vegan cuisine, and spiritual consultation.
I currently produce and host the radio program "The Meeting of The Inner Circle" on 89.3FM WRFG Atlanta, providing inspirational programming on liberation, resurrection, and life-support. As a strict vegetarian for over forty years, I am also an Inspirational Lifestyle Change and Wholistic Wellness Consultant, helping others with spiritual and nutritional support for healing and regeneration.
As CEO of Integrity Global Enterprises, Inc., I produce Mother Earth’s Blessing products, including healing clays, oils, and herbal teas. I also run the Mother Earth’s Blessing Wholistic Life Center, which offers coaching, classes, and empowerment sessions. The center focuses on disease reversal, cleansing, and cellular regeneration. I also provide numerological and destiny card readings and aim to inspire action against destructive industries through live streams and documentaries promoting conscious living.

This is one of the most enriching discussions about health I've had—not by dissecting the intricate mechanisms of health, but by exploring a deeper understanding. Despite the marketing from the ever-growing 'Health & Wellness' industry, there is nothing they can tell or sell you. The truth is, no ritual, supplement or bio hack can replace the essential communion with our bodies, and no scientific study can rekindle our intrinsic connection to nature.
Joining us is the remarkable Dr. Kathy Yeo, a true polymath artist and seasoned holistic practitioner. She approaches healing through the lens of relationships, emphasising that a broader perspective on health reveals what’s often missing in the reductionist, mechanistic view of healthcare: meaningful connection. These connections to ourselves, to nature, and the cosmos at large, is HEALTH.
I always gauge the quality of a conversation by how much I remember of it. When I can't recall the details until I revisit the recording, I know we’ve engaged in a genuine flow—an unfolding of ideas and insights.
It's a conversation about so much more than health but reconnection.
Dr Kathy Yeo.
For her Bachelor's degree, she has a double major in Bioinformatics and Theatre Arts. She was the first student to graduate in Bioinformatics (the application for Human Genome Project). For her academic success, Dr. Kathy was offered to study pre-med at Leeds University, England, and participated in Tribolium Genome Sequencing Consortium research at the University of Cologne, Germany.
Dr. Kathy graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in San Francisco Bay Area as a recipient of the Student Achievement Award and finished the program six months early. Her training was focused on Applied Kinesiology and Osteopath (Craniopathy and Visceral Manipulation Reflex Technique). Her post-graduate studies include functional medicine, clinical nutrition, bioenergetic medicine, German drainage therapy, living food medicine, and various detox protocols.

It's not often I feel nervous. I worked for many years as a photographer and met people from every stratum of society, from the wealthy and famous to the outcast and downtrodden. One thing I learnt early on is that nerves resulted in bad imagery. So when it came time for this podcast with Stephen Jenkinson, a man whose work I've followed for nearly a decade, I was nervous. It's not that Stephen is difficult to talk to or combative; it's because Stephen is a master of the English language, and each word he uses is carefully chosen based on its etymology. He also doesn't let you get away with anything if he believes you've incorrectly identified something. My nerves quickly abaited once I felt Stephen's generosity of spirit.
This is one of the most meaningful conversations I've had. Stephen traverses:
- What we have lost in our modern societies, if there is a way back, and if there were, to what we think we are to return to.
- Death and our lack of education around the ultimate which every life faces.
- What it truly means to cultivate a mindset that sees us creating genuine connections to one another to create communities that will benefit future generations.
Most of all, Stephen reminded me that our lives are shaped by the questions we ask rather than the answers we seek—in his own words, "I'm far more in favour of the wonder of the question than the certainty of the answer." As the great poet E.E. Cummings phrased it, "Always the most beautiful answer to he who asks the most beautiful question."
It was an honor to speak with Stephen, and I know you'll get something significant from his life-long pursuit of asking the most beautiful questions.

In this conversation, we dive into a topic that feels more confusing than ever: the dynamics of male-female relationships and the broader concepts of masculinity and femininity. Despite living in what we consider modern times, our contemporary ideologies and beliefs do not change the millions of years of evolutionary biology that deeply influence our unconscious attractions and behaviours.
Joining us is Dr. Robert Glover, a therapist, coach, speaker, and educator with over 40 years of professional experience in relationship counselling. He is the author of the groundbreaking book, No More Mr. Nice Guy.
If you’re looking for clarity and insight into what truly drives our behaviours and what makes us genuinely magnetic as individuals, Dr. Glover is the expert you need to hear from. Robert embodies his teachings, approaching the subject with love, non-judgement, and utmost clarity. In a world often clouded by confusion and cynicism, he offers a pathway that encourages us to find ourselves rather than seeking validation through others.
