Victoria Albina is masterful in her ability to explain and guide her listeners through understanding how to change their lives through changing their thoughts. I started listening to her podcast three weeks ago and have listened to at least half of her episodes (about 60 of them) and have been utilizing the skills and ideas she shares. It's already making a substantial difference in my life, that's how effective what she has to share is. I also chose to join her six month coaching program after hearing what she had to share She has given me a deeper understanding of myself. I now understand what parts are truly me and what parts are artifacts of my life experiences and how to live my life the way I want to vs the way I had been conditioned to. Thank you Victoria for this amazing gift. I am so grateful for you 💓

This is by far one of my all time favorite podcasts. I usually listen to podcasts while multitasking and sometimes the episodes can turn into more like background noise for me. However, with the Feminist Wellness podcast I find myself frantically looking for a pen and notepad while listening because the content just hits home and resonates with me so hard! Victoria has a lovely energy and explains things in such a way where I have those "Aha!" moments all the time! <3 I love this channel and would recommend to anyone who wants to approach health and wellness with a full mind body and soul mentality, as well as anyone who wants to feel empowered in their feminism!
