In this week’s episode, we dive deep into integrity — what it really means to live, work, and lead from a place of alignment.Integrity isn’t just about honesty — it’s about when your actions, words, and inner truth line up. It’s about creating boundaries, choosing clients and opportunities that match your values, and having the courage to disappoint instead of betraying yourself. We explore:Integrity as alignment → how to live in sync with your truth.Boundaries & integrity → why saying “no” can be one of the most powerful yes’s to yourself.Integrity in business → choosing aligned clients, projects, and partnerships (even if it means turning others down). The ripple effect → how one woman standing in her integrity gives others permission to do the same.Courage & authenticity → why integrity requires bravery and the willingness to take the harder road.We also asked:Where in our lives do we feel fully in integrity right now? What helps us return to our center when life pulls us off course? So, where in YOUR life do you feel fully in integrity right now? And what helps YOU return to your center when life starts life-ing? We’d love to hear from you!Our biggest takeaway? Living in integrity means choosing alignment over approval — even when it’s hard. It was a joy to have Candace on the podcast to talk about this still ever-so-present belief in business today - that we are in competition. Candace shared her personal belief that her only competition is her. Everyone else is a co-creator. She strives to live this ethos every day by helping peers extract their wisdom and more effectively share their expertise. We also talked about being deeply introspective and befriending experiences that the world encourages us to suppress, numb or erase and finding liberty and value in our journey, in navigating them. Then Candace dropped a truth bomb, “I now know that they are spiritual alarm clocks for misalignment in my life and serve me in attuning to my unmet needs and desires.” Whoa! Read that again. She also shared that money will always come back, we can make more money, but opportunities to build self trust and self confidence? Yes, those can come around again as well, but may not be as potent, so be brave and step into those opportunities when they arise.Message Candace on social media and mention the podcast to receive a Free Mini Intuitive Reading! You can find Candace online here:WebsiteInstagram LinkedINTikTok FacebookYouTubeStay connected with Fempreneur True Confessions here: Spotify Website
