Finally Out With Friends

Triggers: Transgender violence, MurderThis one was rough but necessary. Do we sidetrack hard? Yes. I think that's due to how we were feeling in this episode. It isn't easy. We do not go into great detail about the murder, but I think we wanted to bring some awareness to this crime and the laws that were passed afterwards.Linked below is the video we watched about Gwen. I am also linking to Gwendolyn Smith's website, Remembering Our Dead. <3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=822926LQAbYRemembering Our DeadBlog: www.finallyoutwithfriends.comFacebook:Finally Out With Friends PageInstagram:Rye N Bea (@finally_out_with_friends) • Instagram photos and videos Hosted on Acast. TW: None?Today we talk a little about the interesting conditions called Aphantasia and Prosopagnsia. Which one of us has these conditions? Not Bea, whose mind is blown that people can not see in their mind's eye. We also get far off topic and talk about lawsuits, and living wages. Blog: www.finallyoutwithfriends.comFacebook:Finally Out With Friends PageInstagram:Rye N Bea (@finally_out_with_friends) • Instagram photos and videos Hosted on Acast. TW: Suicide, Sexual Assalt, Murder, Violence, Residential Schools.  Today we are reviewing a movie called the Grizzlies. It is an independent film based on a true story of a youth lacrosse team from Kugluktuk, Nunavut. ( I did my best to pronounce that, and honestly, I think I nailed it!) Our review is, I am sure not surprising to our frequent listeners, but all over the place. We talk a little about World Indigenous People Day, some of the struggles of the movie, and the residential schools that the Indigenous people were forced into.
