When Laura Sylvester was diagnosed with an eating disorder in 2009 she didn't know where to turn for help. When she had her last hospital admission in 2019, that's when she knew something needed to change—her life depended on it. She went inwards and focused on cultivating self-love, compassion and acceptance, and that's what saved her life.
