This is my story: I remember it like it was yesterday, but it wasn’t! It was over 7 years ago!

I remember it like it was yesterday, but it wasn’t! It was over 7 years ago! If you are looking to improve your health in all parts of your life, I believe I have your solution! Why, because I have learned that it is not so much in what you are eating but it’s what’s eating you. The person I am looking to serve is the person who is tired of spinning their wheels when it comes to long term health! The mom or dad who wants to be everything to everyone, but always puts her own health on the back burner. The person that gives everything at the office and has nothing left when they get home. The business owner who know how to take care of everything but themselves. The young person who has always been able to eat whatever they want and all of a sudden is having problems keeping their weight down and their energy up. The person who has been overweight their whole life and wants to be healthy but has no idea how to create long term health. The person who has lost their weight and gained their weight, dozens of times and who wants to break that cycle. Here’s what I have for you! A solution to your problem. I’m going to give you the tools to change your life like I have done for 100’s of people. I’m going to help become aware of your roadblocks and create new neural pathways that will impact the rest of your life. I promise you, if you do the work, your life will change. Today, Publicly GIVE UP something else that doesn’t serve you on your personal Facebook page for this month! This time DO a Facebook LIVE explaining HOW it has had control over you and WHY you’re giving it up for this month. 3. Make a list of 30 people who you absolutely admire, that you’re excited they’re in your life and really grateful for. Daily from here on out choose 3 from this list and send them a 1 min video from your phone of you authentically letting them know why you appreciate them and the value they bring to your life. 4. Change your social media profile pictures to your (or a) transformation picture 5. From the 100’s list you created yesterday pick 10 people off that list and set up times to hangout with them so that you can share with them what you’re doing and why you’re doing it. (Don’t over think this. Work with your support team if need be) Once done with Challenge #3 put a ✅ for accountability 👊🏾 and let us know what else you gave up AND who you sent gratitude videos too.
