I didn't know about refeed day. I noticed I haven't been able to lose more weight. I am fighting very hard the mentality of eat little. I need to eat more because when I work out I feel it. struggle with energy. learning a lot. so much I need to learn. For the first time in my 46 years I am determined to change my relationship with food. It is hard but not impossible
my favorite so far. I am very hard on myself. always been. In my culture looks are very important. I am hispanic. I always look good, but always very insecure. specially now that I am 46 years old. I am curvy, always struggle with weight, but worked hard and I was able to the it down. Now is harder, I work hard and it is not coming off so easy. this helps me understand, I have been horrible yo myself, I mean HORRIBLE. Time to start changing that
