Today I said hello after a few weeks to discuss what's been up with me since I got home from New Orleans. It has been a tough few weeks between physical pain, Advil Withdrawal and some other personal issues. I reiterate the patterns I need to stay on top of my emotional game. I end by talking about some of the TV that I've been enjoying.
A hello after a long while of not posting a podcast. I took a trip to New Orleans this past week. I update you on my continuing sobriety, and I share what I hope are wise words about "who you hang around," your spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend, and not settling for less. Nothing crazy here. Just reflective.
Today some updates on what I've been doing the past month. I've been very engaged in fitness, health, stretching, chiropractor, and making MUSIC. Then I got into deep talks about being single, and also the nature of truth and politics. This is a podcast for thinkers.
Today I engaged in a widely overly analytical talk about much that seems wrong with my life. Shallow social media. Being a pretender. Getting screwed over in the past. The buck stops here. The good things have a way of making me recoil. Whatever. Just listen, strangers.
Light start talking about fitness, waking up with pain, and the daughter's company this past week. Also, how I had a stomach bug over the weekend. Music inspiration and learning is going great. Am I pompous? I don't know, but this topic led me to talk about a myriad of things including social media oddity with others and real life oddity with others. The bottom line is, get to more than a sliver of people before you decide that they're not worth your time. The last thing I talk about is a story of when I was a teenager and had a gun pulled on me.
