Thank you so much for helping me to finally be able to find a way out of self hatred and damaged self esteem and make my way out of a history of 20 years of disordered eating. I have always had a love/hate relationship with my body, and I am thinking that through implementing your ideas and suggestions, maybe I can find a way out of that prison. i am a former anorexic, and now weigh more than I have ever weighed in my entire life. I am completely healthy in the physical sense, but just want to end the fight against myself and my own unrealistic expectations. Thank you for help providing a path to self acceptance. I hope that one day I will get there.
