It is a very big issue at the moment with these fitfluencers and the things they push on a daily basis. As a male who coaches predominately females I want to help change the narrative when it comes to the dieting culture. I hate how much you're told to restrict your food, I hate that you think you have to drink stupid amounts of water a day and I hate the toxic mentality that is put on you. So I want to ruffle some feathers today with some tips that you should be following.
It's very easy to get caught up in how you feel and act on those emotions. You can be having a great day, everything is going well and then all of a sudden something sets off the emotional side of you and you go into a panic. Sometimes we need be able to take a pause for a second and step back from the emotional side of things and think about it logically before we make an impulsive decision. This will help you make better rational choices and avoid you derailing yourself.
