It's very easy to get caught up in how you feel and act on those emotions. You can be having a great day, everything is going well and then all of a sudden something sets off the emotional side of you and you go into a panic. Sometimes we need be able to take a pause for a second and step back from the emotional side of things and think about it logically before we make an impulsive decision.
