What do you think about when you hear Lean Follower? I bet your first though is "Does this individual actually exist? Isn't it anyone that wants to learn or practice Lean?" To me, a Lean Follower is someone that has chosen to follow a Lean Leader or Transformation Process.  Looking for ways to start being a Lean Follower? It starts with a desire to ask the right "whys". Lean followers are by no means perfect, they try to learn from their mistakes. They desire to learn from others and they seek first to understand.
