A passion of football shared by co-hosts/founders of the brand, Glyn Haley and Liam Kearns, who are the driving force behind it all. An easy listening, laid back approach gaining insight in to football stories.

On Episode 5 of Flat Back 4 Meets... we speak to ex Leeds, Man City and England defender, Danny Mills. We talk through Dannys impressive career, starting out as a youngster at Norwich through to his drastic rise to England right back. Danny also talks us through his invite to ‘Beck-ingham Palace’. As always, the podcast is finished off with the best Flat Back 4 he has played with - we also got a bonus Flat Back 4 of who he has played against!
On Episode 4 of Flat Back 4 Meets... we chat to comedian Matt Forde. We discuss Matt’s beloved Nottingham Forest, from supporting them as a child to his thoughts on the current squad.
