I have been looking at this deal for quite some time, and analyzed the numbers, and I know what the numbers need to be for this deal to work. I am planning on offering on it in a few days, but we aren't even sure if we can put the money together to put in a cash offer, or if we will have to put one of my other investor's names on a conventional loan.
