I've experienced some pretty serious bouts of depression, anxiety and even ptsd symptoms in my life as well as a variety of the major life hurdles that life chucks at us. Marriage, divorce, kids, bankruptcy and dating to name a few. I'm here to share my personal perspectives and stories on what is working in my life as I set sail for a brighter future.
