Shawna walks Joe through how some articles and headlines have demonized these animals, the history of the harmful culture assigned and associated to pit bulls, the deep and scary world of dog fighting, and what is being done to save them by Casa Del Toro and other organizations like it. But before that, Joe takes a rare political stance on the recent prejudice by the current administration on the military.

Joel Hubert is what the creation of podcast is all about. He is a ultra marathon runner, traveler, and experimental thinker. While in the jungle of Uruguay, he found a retreat where he participated in a sacred ceremony of psychedelic 'communion' known as ayahuasca. He and Joe connect immediately over their issues yet retained respect for the Catholic church, suffering to create an open mind, their experiences with DMT/ayahuasca, what those medicines are, and more importantly what they could do for our culture.
