muslim here, love this podcast.. something we share n value most in life after god: FAMILY. ..i found some refreshing perspectives on handling family matters.. we r all unique n cuz god made us so..tho in my community i always hear of parents pushing kids to be a carbon copy of self n end up in bad relationship n cant understand y. n repeat over n over which is defination of insanity i feel we must acknowledge our kids may be different. Sooner we realize the better..n we need to apply ourselves n adjust approach n not giv them 1 size fit all approach. all this is possible if parents value their kids as God's beings as oppose to their own property, they r indeed a blessing from god n a big responsibility on parents' shoulders..this responsibility we should fulfill, inshallah(God willing). thank you for great material.

I learned two important things. God doesn't want us to settle in our marriage. each spouse brings their own unique way to teach and bring Christ to our family. if you try to control the other you lose the potential of their creativity.

I doubt anyone's going to read this who needs it, but as a 16 year old who has been addicted to my phone, I agree with everything that they've said in this episode, but regarding the timers on how long someone can be on their phone, I think that it's perfectly fine, but it won't solve the root problem, but there's obviously nothing wrong with doing it.

this is so encouraging to me, as a highschooler I have felt called to reach out to lgtbq communities in my school, and alot of times it seems like they'll never find Christ, but hearing the testimony of a woman who was an active lesbian, who now follows Jesus, gives me a new hope for them. Thank you.

I have no problem with Christianity itself, but I think the blend of (a version of) Christianity and politics that comprises the American right to be incredibly toxic and damaging, in truth only marginally better than Islamic fundamentalism. That "Christianity" is nothing but fascism with Bible quotes. I believe Christians are largely good people at heart, but the direction in which many are headed is going to greatly damage Christianity in the future.

lets pray for President Joe, not just those who believe what we believe, and let's not just get stuck on abortion and see trafficking. Realize God sees any sin as a sin, different weights but a sin is a sin. My point is, as we pray for this nation lets remember the leadership of our New president Joe Biden and His team. That's how we start from home.

This was very informative. I'd be interested in an entire podcast series from Christian doctors giving their perspective on various issues.
